When we first moved up to Fort Worth 2 years ago, it was a very cold winter. We had snow, ice and freezing temperatures for quite some time. Since then, it's been pretty warm. Last Fall and Winter...and even this Fall and Winter have been pretty warm...until NOW!
We've had a couple nights of cold temperatures, but today conditions were just right for a White Christmas!
It had been raining since last night and all of a sudden we noticed the rain drops change from tiny flurries to huge snowflakes!
Landon had to check it out. Of course living in Texas and not being familiar with snow, he doesn't have snow-know-how. i.e. He jumped in a puddle of water left over from the rain, got his shoes and pants soaking wet and then complained that his toes were freezing :)
He drove his cars all over the yard making roads.
Happy despite freezing toes.
Phoebe stood here the entire time Landon was outside "talking" to him and pounding on the window every time he walked by.
Hey brother, can I come out too?
Hey mom, did you see that? He didn't hear me?!
