It's feels like it has been raining forever! Since the sun finally came out today, we figured it was a wonderful opportunity to get out of the house and explore the Hill Country. What a great day! Because of all the rain, the rivers and creeks were flowing and all the vegetation was a bright, beautiful green.
This time of year in central Texas is awesome! The weather is mild and the landscapes are gorgeous. This is what tides me over through the, sometimes unbearable, Texas summers.
Look at those bright, baby blues! Wow, never thought I'd have a blue-eyed kid. When Landon was a baby, everyone told me they would change to brown. I'm so glad they didn't!
Stopped for a snack and a bottle in Blanco. Awesome father/son moment!
